Real Support. Real Change
Brown Girl Woke was built in the Pacific, by people who know our communities because we live in them.
Every week, young people walk through our doors looking for something different — a safe place, someone who will listen, help getting into school or work, support through a crisis, a place to create, or simply somewhere they can belong. Your monthly gift helps us be there when they arrive.
- $20/month — SHOW UP Helps keep our youth programs, workshops and safe spaces accessible.
- $40/month — OPEN A DOOR Helps a young person access transport, training, mentoring, school or employment opportunities.
- $75/month — BUILD HER FUTURE Supports young women and gender-diverse youth with skills, leadership, SRHR education and pathways into further education and work.
- $150/month — KEEP THE DOORS OPEN Helps sustain the people, spaces and resources that allow BGW to respond every day—not only when a project is funded.
- $500/month — INVEST IN PACIFIC LEADERSHIP For individuals, diaspora families and businesses ready to make a substantial investment in locally led Pacific change.
What your monthly support helps build & grow:
Skilled
Sewing, media, job readiness, scholarships, internships and pathways to further education.
Heard
Young Pacific voices telling their own stories through podcasts, media, advocacy and regional spaces.
Safe
A place where young people can walk through the door and know they belong.
Supported
When a young person needs help now—transport, referrals, basic support, safety or simply someone who will respond.
"We don’t want our young people waiting for the next grant cycle. Monthly giving gives BGW the freedom to respond when our community needs us."
