In Feburary 2026, we proudly launched She Builds 2, expanding our young women’s entrepreneurship programme into seven schools across Samoa.

Through She Builds, we are:

• Covering tuition fees for participating young women
• Providing practical resources and tools for entrepreneurship
• Supporting participants to earn income through the BGW Boutique, where their products are sold and fairly compensated

She Builds is about more than building skills — it nurtures confidence, dignity, and economic empowerment for young women.

We marked a significant milestone with the launch of the She Builds programme in two schools in Savai‘i. Building on the strong success of previous years, we have intentionally expanded our reach to include more schools, particularly those in communities with limited access to opportunities like this. This reflects our commitment to breaking barriers and ensuring that no young woman is left behind.

While expanding into more remote areas comes with its challenges, we have embraced this responsibility with purpose. We are dedicated to making She Builds accessible to those who need it most, ensuring our mission creates meaningful and lasting impact.

At its core, She Builds is driven by a clear goal: to empower young women to become confident, independent leaders. Through developing leadership skills, reducing vulnerability to violence, and creating pathways to economic independence, we are nurturing a new generation of changemakers — young women who will go on to lead, mentor, and inspire others.
