Meeting with one of our funders Canada in the Pacific took place in our office. Canada helped fund 5 women seamstresses to sew 3000 free reusable pads for young girls all over Samoa.

Our 5-women seamstress group come all different walks of life. We have 2 faletua students from Malua theology school, 1 young woman from Deaf Association of Samoa, 1 young trans gender queen and mother and 1 master sewer with her own shop at market.

Such an honour to have Canada approve our 2nd year of contracting these amazing women to be self-employed and make reusable pads for free for all girls in Samoa.
